Our woods also house a huge mud kitchen, problem-solving areas, den-building zones, and four outdoor classrooms. We believe staff well-being is key to ensuring children are happy and achieve their full potential, and that well-being is a culture developed through job satisfaction over time. Our staff turnover is extremely low, and we believe this is due to the fantastic atmosphere, great people, and the environment we create. About the Role We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting children across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and ensure all children are fully supported. Whether you are supporting the whole class, working with small groups, or delivering 1:1 support for children with additional needs, your role will be crucial in helping every child feel safe, happy, and able to achieve their potential. We have two positions available, vacancies are on a one year fixed term basis from 01/09/2026-31/08/2027 with potential for extension. For the right candidate, part time hours would be considered.
