The Job: Pleckgate High School seek to appoint an Administration and Finance Assistant to work 20 hours per week in the afternoons. The pro rata salary for this position is £12,280 to £12,474 per annum. What does this job do? Meet and greet visitors to the school and manage visitor sign in and issuing of lanyards according to safeguarding requirements Ensure an excellent level of customer service support to parents, staff, visitors and pupils. To prepare and/or draft correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents for the school as required. Produce lists/information/data as required, eg pupils’ data To undertake any necessary finance administration roles as requested by the SBM What are the job requirements? We require a financial administrative assistant who has excellent organisation, administration and finance skills. Experience of working within education would be beneficial but not essential.
