In this role, you will: Deliver high‑quality teaching aligned with the school’s curriculum Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support pupil progress Foster a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, resilience, and enjoyment of learning Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leaders to continually improve practice You will be a reflective practitioner who values professional development and enjoys contributing to the wider life of the school. Experience of adapting teaching to meet a range of needs is important, alongside a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every pupil.
