The successful candidate will

Have

experience of working in Early Years Work

independently and with others to support the academic, social and emotional development

of individuals and groups of pupils understanding clearly how they learn Provide

effective support to maximise the attainment and accelerate the progress of

individuals and groups of pupils Motivate

and engage children so they are excited and enthused about learning Have

effective communication skills when liaising with staff, parents, carers and

other agencies Have

the passion and drive to develop their professional career and gain relevant

experience and training where appropriate Use

their initiative, be flexible and ensure children are safe and happy
