We are looking for a dedicated part time Admissions Officerto join our friendly, supportive team at Yate Academy, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust.
About the role:
Yate Academy is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to lead on admissions for Years 7 and 12, as well as all in-year admissions.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To oversee admissions for all students into Year 7 and Year 12.
To oversee in-year admissions for all year groups.
Ensure school student enrolment is conducted strictly in accordance with the Schools policies and standards.
Be directly responsible for the entire admissions process end-to-end including but not limited to implementation of admissions strategy and events.
Monitor emails regarding admissions and distribute as appropriate in an efficient and timely manner to ensure vital communication is maintained.
Coordinate school tours/visits.
Liaise with parents on admission enquiries and school placement status.
Support and process student applications.
Maintain a complete and accurate record of parent/student details into the school management system.
