About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic classroom teacher (Teachers Main Scale) who will: ● Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage learners and raise attainment. ● Apply consistent behaviour expectations to create a calm, purposeful learning environment. ● Adapt teaching effectively so all pupils, including those with SEND and who are disadvantaged, make strong progress. ● Contribute positively to whole-school initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues. About you You will be someone who: ● Believes every pupil can succeed and shows compassion and high expectations in equal measure. ● Uses strong classroom routines and clear explanations to promote learning and confidence. ● Is committed to inclusion and able to adapt learning to meet a range of needs ● Is reflective and keen to develop their practice. ● Works well as part of a team, sharing ideas and contributing to a supportive, ambitious culture. This position is suitable for an ECT.
