Vice Principal for Behaviour, Culture & Ethos About this role The Vice Principal for Behaviour, Culture and Ethos is a key role at any school, but particularly for us at The Stockwood Park Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and sustaining a calm, inclusive, and aspirational school culture where pupils can thrive academically and personally. The post holder will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, to provide the strategic and operational leadership to ensure the highest levels of behaviour, attendance, positive relationships with a shared sense of community across the school.
