Main purpose of role This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help us in the development of our new school as it grows. This role is working alongside class teachers to provide support for all the children to flourish in their learning and development. The role will also expect the person to work closely with children with SEND whilst raising self-esteem for all children and to promote and uphold the Vision, Ethos and Values of our school. We have a dedicated staff team and are committed to excellence in all we do. The school’s Christian Ethos promotes love and kindness and respectful relationships with everyone in our community. There are plenty of opportunities for CPD and strong commitment to staff wellbeing. Windrush CofE Primary school is a new school, which opened in September 2021 on the Windrush Place estate in Witney. Our beautiful building and fantastic facilities make us a special place for children to learn and flourish.
