About the role

The role This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and talented practitioner to join our successful Art & Design department. At Shenfield High School art is one of our most popular subjects with a hundred students currently taking GCSE art and another fifty students taking 3D design and construction. As well as GCSE and A level Art we also deliver GCSE 3D Construction. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner or, if a recent entrant to the profession, will have the potential to be so with the ability to inspire young people in the study of art and design. Our School Shenfield High School is a standalone 11-18 Academy with a comprehensive ethos and commitment to high academic standards supported by a significant investment in pastoral care and wellbeing. The school is conveniently located close to Shenfield mainline station on the line into London Liverpool Street and home to the eastern terminus of the new cross rail Elizabeth Line.
