We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our thriving secondary school. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and contribute to a supportive and high-achieving department.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable), fostering a love of mathematics while supporting students of all abilities to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:-
Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities
About You:-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
