We are looking for an individual

who will:

work

in close partnership with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to deliver

the school’s vision and improvement priorities champion

restorative justice and relational practice across the school. support

and drive inclusive practice, including SEND and vulnerable groups. support

teaching and support staff, including leading on professional development. oversee

behaviour and wellbeing, promoting the school’s values: Be Kind, Be Safe, Go

Above and Beyond. contribute

to the strategic leadership of the school, including self-evaluation and school

improvement planning. act

as a role model for staff and pupils, upholding the highest expectations and

professional standards. engage

with the Wandsworth Deputy Head forum and support networks. work

closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to promote positive

outcomes for all pupils. experience

as a DSL or assistant DSL. take

part in a comprehensive handover period with the current Deputy Headteacher.
