We are looking for a Lead Practitioner of Maths who is more than just a teacher you are a mentor, a strategist, and a role model for excellence. This isn't your standard classroom role. This is a high-impact position designed for a teacher who has mastered their craft and is ready to shape the pedagogical culture of an entire department. Why This Role is Different Hybrid Impact: We value your focus. Enjoy one day per week working from home to spearhead curriculum development, analyze pupil progress data, and design world-class CPD. Culture of Coaching: You will move beyond your own four walls to model lessons, team-teach, and coach colleagues toward "outstanding" practice. Strategic Leadership: From leading EAL across the department to managing Teaching and Learning quality assurance, you will be the right hand to the Faculty Leader. Community Outreach: Your expertise won't be confined to our academy; you will engage in outreach work with local primary and secondary schools to raise standards across the region.
