About the role

Job Purpose Ensure that pupils are supported to reflect, learn and demonstrate the HART values of Heart, Ambition, Respect and Tenacity. Address matters that arise skillfully and promptly dealing with behaviour, attitude, standards and engagement. Plan and deliver high quality interventions to meet pupil needs. Engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships. Maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support. Hartshill Academy: Hartshill Academy is a secondary school in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, for pupils aged 11-16. We moved into our new building in November 2023 which is set in extensive grounds. The catchment area covers very diverse urban and rural areas. At Hartshill Academy we have high expectations of ourselves. We practice kindness and gratitude every day.
