About The Role We are looking to appoint a committed Class Teacher to join Krishna Avanti Primary School. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive environment. We also welcome applications from more experienced teachers, including those seeking to further develop their leadership experience through a TLR position. School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that supports the progress and achievement of all pupils, using assessment effectively to inform learning. Create a safe, respectful and engaging classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, independence and high expectations. Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, providing clear feedback and adapting teaching to meet a wide range of needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external partners to support pupils’ development and contribute to the wider life of the school. Uphold professional standards, safeguarding responsibilities and the ethos and values of the school and the Avanti Schools Trust.
