About the role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our teaching team. This is a full-time teaching and leadership role with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) reflecting the strategic importance of leading Early Years across the school. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and implement a high-quality EYFS curriculum in line with statutory requirements and school vision Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across Nursery and Reception Monitor and evaluate provision to ensure consistently high standards and strong outcomes for all pupils Support, coach and develop colleagues within the Early Years team Work closely with senior leaders to contribute to whole-school improvement priorities Champion inclusive practice, ensuring all children, including those with additional needs, achieve their full potential Build strong relationships with families to support children’s development and wellbeing We are looking for someone who has: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Significant experience teaching within EYFS, with a strong track record of impact on outcomes Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role A deep understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy Experience of leading curriculum development and assessment in EYFS Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others A commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners The ability to contribute positively to the ethos and values of Berry Brow Infant and Nursery School and Impact Multi Academy Trust What we offer A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team A welcoming, community-focused school with enthusiastic children Opportunities for professional development and leadership progression within the Trust A collaborative network across Impact Multi Academy Trust schools A strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and work-life balance Please see attached Job Pack for details.
