Early Years Foundation Stage Leader (Reception and Nursery) Starting date: September 2026 Hours: Full-time Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR £3,527 The Coombes CE Primary School is seeking an experienced EYFS Lead or exceptional EYFS teacher with a genuine passion for early years education to lead our thriving Early Years provision, including two Reception classes and our popular Nursery for two- and three-year-old children . Following a recent full refurbishment of our classrooms and the development of our beautiful outdoor learning environment , this is a unique opportunity to shape and lead an inspiring EYFS setting. We are looking for a skilled practitioner who is ready to create an exceptional start to school life for our youngest learners. You will lead a dedicated, caring and highly committed EYFS team , ensuring the highest quality provision within our stunning natural setting. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and driving continuous improvement across Early Years. This is a role with real influence. You will be trusted to lead, innovate and develop practice, ensuring that every child receives an engaging, nurturing and ambitious start to their education .
