About the role

Second in PE Department/Faculty MPS/UPS + TLR 2a (£3,526) Start date: 1 September 2026 We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Second in Department for PE who has a genuine passion for sport and a strong commitment to enriching students’ experiences beyond the classroom. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can inspire, motivate and engage students in both curriculum PE and a vibrant extra-curricular programme. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to teach across all key stages. More importantly, they will bring energy, drive and a clear vision for developing sport within the Academy, including leading and supporting a range of enrichment opportunities that encourage participation, competition and a lifelong love of physical activity.
