About the role

Lavendon School School Coordinator Salary: Grade F, £10,796.71 pro rata (£32,061 FTE) Contract: Part Time, Permanent Hours: 14 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm) Lavendon School is proud to be part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) family of schools who inspire all of our futures through learning together.  At IFtL we are never alone.  We know we are stronger together - one united family striving for excellence for all, in everything we do.   We are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused School Coordinator to join our school community and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school. The School Coordinator is the heart of the school office - a highly visible and trusted role supporting pupils, families, staff and senior leaders. Working closely with the Headteacher and the IFtL core team, you will lead school administration, manage staff, coordinate systems and processes, and ensure the school operates efficiently, safely and professionally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced school administrator or office manager looking to take the next step in a varied and influential role.
