Headteacher

Due to the promotion of the current headteacher into the Trust School Improvement Team, the trustees of The Rose Learning Trust are looking to recruit a Headteacher, in partnership with the CEO and the Local Governing Body, at Crowle Primary Academy who: Can develop and communicate a shared vision, ethos and strategic plan that inspires and motivates all stakeholders and reflects the needs of the school, the trust and its community Can translate the vision into clear, agreed objectives and operational plans that promote and sustain school improvement Will provide day to day educational leadership of the school which enables Crowle Primary Academy and The Rose Learning Trust to give every child a high-quality education and promotes the highest possible standards of achievement and attainment Will work towards securing the long-term educational success of the school by maximising potential through the skills and resources available from within Crowle, across the trust and beyond. This role will be based at Crowle Primary Academy, and the successful candidate will take up the post from September 2026. The successful candidate will be appointed to The Rose Learning Trust.
