We are seeking a resilient, empathetic, and highly organised Internal Exclusion Support Officer to join our secondary school team. This is a vital role focused on supporting students who are internally excluded from mainstream lessons, helping them to reflect on their behaviour, remain engaged in learning, and successfully reintegrate into the classroom.
You will work closely with pastoral staff, teaching colleagues, and senior leadership to maintain a calm, structured environment where students can complete work, develop self-regulation skills, and make positive choices.
