pride in providing great administrative support. Ideally, you’ll have previous
experience in an HR setting and feel confident managing a range of tasks with
care and attention.
You’ll bring
strong communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for
detail and the ability to manage your own workload to tight deadlines. You’ll
also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling confidential
information with sensitivity and discretion.
A positive,
flexible and team-focused approach is really important to us. A basic
understanding of HR processes is essential, and if you have experience in
education, familiarity with HR systems such as Arbor or SAM People as well as
SharePoint, or are working towards a CIPD qualification, that would be a great
bonus.
