Far Forest Lea Memorial CE Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator and Attendance Support to join our team. This role is essential to our school's daily operations and the educational success of our pupils.

As the first point of contact for our school, you will provide a warm, professional welcome while playing a critical role in supporting pupil attendance and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

The Face of the School: Manage reception duties, handle enquiries via phone and email, and ensure all visitors follow safety protocols.

Attendance Champion: Monitor attendance data to identify patterns, lead "Attendance Clinics" for parents, and conduct home visits when necessary.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using MIS systems, process financial orders, and support the SENCO with administrative tasks.

Pupil Welfare: Assist with children's physical needs, supervise activities to ensure safety, and work with the DSL to maintain robust safeguarding records.

Community Vision: Embody the Christian vision and values of Far Forest Lea Memorial CE Primary Academy and the Severn Academies Educational Trust (SAET).
