The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS and a genuine belief in the value of continuous provision and the importance of play in supporting children’s learning and development. They will work effectively as part of a job share, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills, and contribute positively to our wider EYFS team.
