About this Role CWA Austen is a unique co-educational school for students aged 5-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). As Support Manager, you will: Play an active role in managing student behaviour day-to-day. Support the Team Leader in implementing behavioural interventions. Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, families, and external agencies. Provide care, guidance, and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.
