The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time plus non-pupil days A Day in the Life: You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas: Manage the provision of careers and labour market information Liaise with tutorial managers, mentors and SENCO to identify students needing guidance Plan a systematic and structured careers offer to ensure that no child is left behind Provide impartial information, advice and guidance to individuals and to groups of students in relation to all aspects of their progression planning What We're Looking For: You are the perfect fit for our team if you have: Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A*-C or equivalent including English and Maths Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experienced in working at that level Successful experience of providing careers advice Why Choose The Sigma Trust?
