The Ideal Candidate • Has a proven track record of successful leadership as either an Assistant Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher in a secondary setting • Demonstrates outstanding knowledge of teaching and learning pedagogy • Has experience of leading whole-school improvement initiatives • Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Has a clear commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing • Has experience in timetable creation and is able to allocate staffing resource efficiently and effectively
