Assistant Headteacher

Birkbeck Primary School is seeking

an ambitious, inspirational and highly skilled Assistant Head Teacher to join

our committed team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our

school’s journey due to the successful promotion of the previous postholder to

Deputy Head Teacher. We are at an exciting point of growth: having already

established our core values of equality,

integrity, respect and resilience, we are now evaluating and refining our

ethos and vision to ensure they fully reflect these principles. The successful

candidate will play a key role in embedding our values consistently across all

aspects of school life as we move forward. This is an exciting opportunity for

We Are Looking For an Assistant Head

Teacher Who Will:

strategic partnership with the Head Teacher and the leadership team to

drive cohesive, strategic and aligned leadership

relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community,

including governors and the local authority, ensuring that every
