Birkbeck Primary School is seeking
an ambitious, inspirational and highly skilled Assistant Head Teacher to join
our committed team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our
school’s journey due to the successful promotion of the previous postholder to
Deputy Head Teacher. We are at an exciting point of growth: having already

We Are Looking For an Assistant Head
Teacher Who Will:
Work in
strategic partnership with the Head Teacher and the leadership team to
drive cohesive, strategic and aligned leadership
Model
excellence in professional conduct, communication and leadership
Build strong
relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community,
including governors and the local authority, ensuring that every
individual feels a sense of belonging within our community
Be an excellent
classroom practitioner
Lead with
