Able to deliver a range of qualifications, including GCSE English Language and Literature. Have a commitment to extra-curricular activity. Be keen to lead our phonics programme (currently in partnership with other staff). Be able to lead Woodlane's Dyslexia Friendly approach to raise the literacy standards of our pupils. Be a lead in the use of SLCN strategies to support teaching and learning. Be keen to share best practice with others through INSET/Outreach. Be someone who is highly organised and resilient. Be someone who puts safeguarding and child protection at the centre of practice.
