Cover Supervisor NJC Scale Point: 7 - 16 Actual salary: £19,947 to £23,056 per annum 32.5 Hours per week, 39 Weeks per annum We are searching for the best education professionals to join our trust. Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Cover Supervisor, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience of secondary education. The successful candidate will provide effective cover supervision for absent teachers, to ensure continuity of student education, as well as providing additional support for other activities, including invigilation and administration assistant. The department is part of a well led, dynamic team, whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students. The ideal candidate will have a good basic education to GCSE level (to include English and Maths and have previous experience of working with young people, ideally within an educational environment, demonstrating respect for young people and their needs.
