About us The Ferrars Academy is a very popular, successful and well resourced academy; rated Good by Ofsted, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in education, for infant and nursery aged children. We are located on the outskirts of Luton close to the M1, A5 link roads and the L&D hospital. Our 3 form entry school has a very diverse school population with a range of different languages, religions and cultures. Our children are well behaved and learn in a vibrant and friendly environment. We are seeking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or a Nursery Nurse qualification . The job will be supporting those who attend our Early Years provision but may also involve supporting children across the whole school as needs arise. This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. 35.75 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days. (39 weeks per year).
