The successful candidate will be based on our main site. Our learners follow an adapted National Curriculum that is highly personalised, incorporating EHCP outcomes, individual aspirations, and a strong focus on Preparation for Life. Teaching and learning are tailored to each pupil, ensuring their interests shape the curriculum and that learning remains engaging, motivating, and meaningful. We have high aspirations for all our learners, who undertake external accreditations where appropriate. A personalised curriculum is essential in enabling our pupils to thrive, and we employ a range of approaches to ensure they can access learning and reach their full potential. The successful candidate will excel in meeting the diverse needs of our pupils. You will be supported by a team of skilled Learning Support Assistants, as well as a Middle and Senior Leadership Team who fully understand both the rewards and the challenges of teaching within our school.
