We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our busy school office team as a Administrative Assistant. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining administrative responsibilities with front-of-house reception duties and basic first aid support for students. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and pupils, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will provide efficient administrative support, manage enquiries both in person and over the phone, and assist with day-to-day office operations. In addition, you will respond to student first aid needs, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort during the school day. We are looking for an individual who is approachable, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering excellent service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and making a positive difference to the daily experience of our school community. This position is for afternoons only.
