positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, families and Trustees

Use

data effectively to inform decision-making and drive improvement

a strong awareness of school finance and resource management, with the

ability to work in close partnership with the School Business Manager to

ensure effective budgeting, staffing and long-term sustainability

Understand

the wider operational responsibilities of headship, including HR,

compliance and health & safety, and be confident in holding leaders to

account in these areas

Value

collaboration, while also embracing the independence of a stand-alone

academy

Bring

ambition, integrity and a genuine commitment to making a difference

Whether you are an experienced Headteacher or a senior

leader ready for your first headship, we welcome applications from individuals

who are driven, reflective and ready to lead with purpose.
