ASSISTANT SENCO - Non-Teaching position Required For September 2026 - Full Time position (MPS / UPS) We have an exciting opportunity to be a major part of the school’s SEN provision, and are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly organised Assistant SENco to join our team from September 2026. We are looking for someone who combines kindness, warmth and a pro-activeness of approach to join our amazing dedicated provision. As our Assistant Senco, you will play a supportive role in ensuring every learner receives the tailored support that they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will need to be able to lead by example, working closely with students, staff, families and external agencies - excellent communication and organisation skills are a must. You will support our SENCo with EHCP consultations, reviews and referral pathways. A sound knowledge of the SEND Code of practise is essential.
