The successful candidate will: Hold a degree in Psychology or a related field Have a strong understanding of psychology curriculum at Key Stage 4/5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, well-being, and success. Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities to further the department’s goals.
