Deputy Headteacher– Parkdale Primary School Required for September 2026 NOR: 454 + (Group 3) Leadership Points L9-L13 (£63,070 - £69,596 FTE per annum) This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a leader with passion, enthusiasm and high expectations to make a meaningful difference at Parkdale Primary School, alongside the new Headteacher, from September 2026. We are seeking an aspiring or experienced Deputy Headteacher who embodies our Trust values of Kindness, Respect, Equity and Creativity and who is keen to become part of an inspirational school family. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a central role in strengthening what already works well at Parkdale and driving improvement where it is needed. You will lead with clarity and reliability, supporting colleagues to develop their expertise and understanding whilst modelling best practice and having high expectations of all. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to champion excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring that both children and adults are supported and challenged to be at their best and achieve their full potential.
