GCSE results in 2022 saw the school achieve higher than the national average across a variety of subjects.   Framingham Earl High School holds a range of awards including School of Sanctuary status - this is in recognition of our work to ensure an inclusive and educative environment about difference.  THE ROLE   The Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Attitudes, is responsible to the Headteacher for leading a positive culture of behaviour and attitudes throughout the school, taking into account the School’s mission statement and ethos. This postholder will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead and Norfolk STEPS lead practitioner.  In addition, they will hold the post of teacher under the standard contract for teachers at Framingham Earl High School.  The post holder will be responsible to the Headteacher, for teaching classes in the School using their skill, experience and best endeavors.
