Class Teacher Maternity Cover Sileby Redlands Community Primary School Grade: Teachers Main Pay Scale (M1 - M6) FTE percentage: 100% Hours: 32.5 Hours per week; 52 Weeks per year Contract Type: Fixed term ending 18th August 2027 We are looking for a highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for providing inspirational learning experiences. You will play a vital role in making a difference in the lives of all our children. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and supportive team member with a strong understanding of how children learn and the ability to plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning. For blended learning schools: We are also seeking an experienced teacher with a deep understanding of blended learning and its role in supporting classroom practice. By embracing technology, we’re able to deliver virtual lessons, allowing teachers to be released from their class each week, to focus on their own learning and development. In addition to their TDT, teachers also work alongside a coach, to ensure they have someone to discuss their learning with and help identify their strengths and areas for development. Feedback from teachers shows that they are overwhelmingly happy with their development time and the time they spend with their coach.
