Teaching Assistant

Required for a September 2026 start, we are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working and supportive team on a permanent basis. This position would suit an individual who is supportive and is able to challenge students to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm. Please see the attached job description for more information. The Academy Ormiston Bushfield Academy is a good school, conveniently located close to the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire borders, and benefits from excellent road and rail links.
