Sheffield South East Trust is seeking passionate,

dedicated and enthusiastic class teachers to join Wybourn Community Primary

School, starting in September 2026.

Key

responsibilities:

Develop,

plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to

diverse learning styles and needs. Educate

students in all areas of the curriculum, ensuring comprehension and retention

of material. Create

a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student

participation and collaboration. Monitor

and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as

necessary. Build

relationships and employ effective behaviour management techniques to maintain

a positive learning atmosphere. Communicate

regularly with parents, colleagues and other staff regarding all aspects of

school life. Participate

in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay

current with educational best practices.

Experience

Qualified

Teacher Status is essential. Demonstrated

ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong

organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A

genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is essential for success

in this role.
