About the role

Our happy, friendly Catholic Primary Academy wishes to appoint up to three Midday Supervisors in our school during lunchtimes. The posts are permanent positions, to start as soon as possible, for 2 hours a day (10 hours per week), 5 lunchtimes a week, 11:30 - 1:30pm in term time only. The role is to supervise the children during lunchtime in the playground, around the school and assisting with dinners in the dinner hall. We are looking for someone who: Is supportive to the Catholic ethos of our school Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children Is a friendly and calm person in response to queries from children Has good interpersonal skills, relating well to children Is a good team player working with other staff to ensure a lovely lunchtime experience for our super pupils Has completed or is willing to complete Paediatric First Aid training Training and guidance will be given to the successful candidate so that they can feel confident in their role.
