About the role

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and resilient Teacher to join our dynamic and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.

The successful candidate will be motivated by the belief

that every young person can achieve their potential. Whilst previous experience

of working in a SEN environment is desirable, excellent teaching skills and the

right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as

important. Experience of teaching learners with complex needs or experiential

learning would also be of interest. Our

young people have complex needs which can present complex emotional and

behavioural needs which mean they need more support than most.

We are looking for someone who: 📖 Has a passion for teaching and learning 🤝 Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues 🎯 Is committed to high standards and achieving the best outcomes for all 🎨 Embraces creativity and innovation in the classroom 👥 Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
