We welcome applications from excellent practitioners who have: An NVQ3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience Excellent classroom practice and are able to lead a room and adapt provision to meet need. Experience and expertise in supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs and those with a diagnosis of autism, particularly with pupils who are pre-verbal or at the earliest stages of language development. Experience in delivering bespoke, nurturing curricula for pupils who may be working below age-related expectation and require personalised learning pathways.
