Associate Assistant Headteacher Salary: Leadership Scale (L6 to L10) The Limes College Sutton West Centre, Robin Hood Lane, Sutton SM1 2SD Required from September 2026 Salary: Leadership (range 6 to 10) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Associate Assistant Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team of the Limes College. We are a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Sutton who offer alternative education provision outside of a traditional schooling environment to key stages 1 to 4 and are currently a leading school in the alternative provision sector. We aim to make a difference to the education and life chances of vulnerable young people in the London Borough of Sutton. Job requirements: Qualified Teacher Status; You will be an experienced practitioner with a strong background in working with secondary aged children with emotional and behavioural needs; Proven record of classroom management; A passion for teaching and making links with other areas of the curriculum. You will be: Committed to ensuring SEND students excel both personally and academically; Qualified to be able to assess for Access Arrangements; Keen to develop professionally; Positive and forward thinking.
