Part of the Diocese of Norwich St Benet’s MAT and the Tacolneston and Morley Federation    Tel:  01953 602397  Email:  morley@tacmor.stbenets.org  or -  tacolneston@tacmor.stbenets.org     Salary – Leadership 1-4, £51,772 - £55,746 per annum  Permanent  Full Time  Required for September 2026    St Benet’s Multi Academy Trust is delighted to offer the opportunity to appoint a dedicated and inspirational Assistant Head to work at the Federation of Tacolneston and Morley Primary Schools in South Norfolk. The post, available from September 2026 is a permanent position and the successful candidate will directly influence the outcomes and strategic provision for all pupils while working closely with the Executive Headteacher on leadership and management across the Federation. There will be a teaching commitment linked to the role, based on the needs of the schools. This post will be on a full time basis.   The idea candidate will:   Have high aspirations and high expectations of all children’s learning and behaviour  Work with the federation leadership team and Trust on the development and implementation of improvement plans, quality assurance and monitoring  Ensure learning is at the centre of strategic planning  Have a positive attitude and will share our Trust vision, enthusiasm and commitment to improve the pupil’s life chances  Be a professional role model  Have experience of working as part of a team and the ability to lead and work with others, inspiring and supporting staff  Lead by example  Have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships within our school communities   Be able to meet deadlines   Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children  In return, St Benet’s MAT offers the opportunity to be part of a progressive and forward-thinking organisation.
