The Headteacher will promote and support the vision and direction of the school and the Trust by providing the day-to-day leadership that will enable the school to build success and provide high quality education for its children. The Headteacher leads and manages the school on a day-to-day basis and is the first point of contact for all stakeholders and external agencies in matters relating to the school. The Headteacher will be an ambassador for the school and will promote and raise its profile in the local and wider community. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic leader and must: Be fully committed to upholding and promoting the values of the Catholic faith and ethos of the Trust. Demonstrate the highest standards of teaching and learning. Inspire, motivate and empower pupils to make the best possible progress. Show a commitment to innovation, creativity and inclusion. Be able to make a significant contribution to the wider school context.
