Performance Marketing Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus performance-linked bonus
What you'll do
- Own the day-to-day performance of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, making real-time optimisation decisions based on live data
- Review performance metrics daily to identify trends, spot scaling opportunities, and diagnose what's working or failing in your campaigns
- Work directly with designers to structure and run creative tests, then use results to inform which assets perform best
- Deliver weekly reports that clearly connect what your campaigns did to actual business outcomes—revenue, leads, or other KPIs that matter
- Manage both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns, adapting your approach to each channel's unique requirements
- Turn data patterns into actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders across the business
What we're looking for
- ✅ Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale
- ✅ Strong grasp of performance analytics—you can read data, spot patterns, and explain what they mean
- ✅ Experience delivering weekly or regular performance reports to non-technical audiences
- ✅ Hands-on experience running creative tests and using results to optimise campaigns
- ✨ Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
- ✨ Adobe experience (Creative Suite or Analytics)
