What you'll do
- Own the daily performance of Google Ads and Meta campaigns, spotting trends and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Translate campaign data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions and creative direction
- Write weekly performance briefs that connect spend directly to commercial outcomes—showing what's working and why
- Manage campaigns across ecommerce and lead generation channels, optimising for both volume and efficiency
- Work closely with the C-suite on key strategic decisions, presenting insights that shape company direction
- Collaborate with creative, product, and commercial teams to test new approaches and learn from what doesn't work
What we're looking for
- ✅ Proven experience managing paid media campaigns at scale
- ✅ Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search and/or Display)
- ✅ Ability to analyse campaign performance data and spot patterns
- ✅ Experience writing clear performance briefs or reports for stakeholders
- ✅ Comfortable working with analytics platforms and dashboards
- ✨ Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools
- ✨ Adobe Analytics knowledge
