Meridian High School is seeking an inspirational and highly skilled Assistant Headteacher (SENDCO) to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, ambitious and forward‑thinking school community. Your Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SENDCO with strong strategic vision to lead and strengthen SEND provision, champion equity and high expectations, and ensure that every child is supported to achieve their full potential. Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, the successful candidate will bring energy, expertise and innovation to drive inclusive practice, develop staff, and secure outstanding outcomes for all learners within a culture of care, collaboration and continuous improvement.
