You will use assessment effectively to track progress, provide meaningful feedback and ensure every pupil is supported to succeed. Beyond the classroom, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, purposeful and stimulating learning environment, where positive relationships and mutual respect underpin behaviour and achievement. Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and the wider school community, you will contribute to a culture of excellence, inclusion and continuous improvement. Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach Establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect and establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly Participate in any relevant meetings/professional development opportunities at the school, which relate to the learners, curriculum or organisation of the school including pastoral arrangements and assemblies Work collaboratively with others to develop effective professional relationships
What are we looking for?
